Touch & Ground by Liza

Mijn vriendin Elsemieke en ik hebben een hele fijne ervaring gehad bij Liza. Ze zorgt voor een veilige omgeving en de begeleiding was ook echt heel fijn. Het accepteren van een nee is denk ik wel het meest waardevolle van de avond.

Al met al hebben mijn vriendin en ik een waardevolle/fijne avond gehad samen met de andere deelnemers.

Ohja op een gegeven moment had ik wel even genoeg geknuffeld en heb ik daar gehoor aan gegeven maar ik heb me geen moment daar bezwaard in gevoeld. Iets wat ik normaliter wel echt kan hebben. Maar dat is wel echt dankzij de veiligheid wat ik hier voelde ❤️

The session was amazing. I have ADHD, so initial social interactions can sometimes be a bit difficult for me, but the session was led so well that I felt comfortable and at ease surprisingly quickly. Safety and consent were clearly very important throughout, which made it easy to relax and be present.

There was such a lovely mix of fun, openness, and genuinely caring people. The whole experience had a surprisingly healing effect on me, and I left feeling lighter, more connected, and really happy that I went.

It was an evening filled with many emotions for me. To be held and felt by so many people was very changing to my being. Although it was new and overwhelming at times, I felt the way the warm up led us into the cuddle puddle, the container that was created, and the physical space itself lended a huge hand to making it a safe space for me to feel. Liza and Kos held all of us with the upmost care, compassion, and real truth, leading and being apart of the journey we all were lucky enough to be apart of. If there is any thought in your mind that this practice might be for you, do it.

I really liked the event. I think Liza had a very nice clear structure in mind and followed it pretty well. The atmosphere was amazing, I really enjoyed it. Liza herself brought a lot of warmth and comfort in the event and I think it helped all other people to feel and radiate the same.
Also the place itself was well suited for the event, with a lot of soft surfaces and space.
I would appreciate a bit more free flow part, but that's not a deal breaker.

Vond het een ontzettend fijne en helende ervaring. Heel bijzonder hoe je met vreemden toch zo intiem kunt zijn via liefdevolle (platonische) aanraking. Bedankt allemaal voor jullie liefde en aandacht, ik ga deze ervaring niet snel vergeten en hoop dit vaker te mogen meemaken. En bedankt Liza en Koos voor de goede leiding ❤️🙏

Super fijne avond, een warme en welkome sfeer. Liza zet een heldere verwachting van de avond, zeer duidelijke afspraken. Er is ook ruimte om te gaan. Ik ben naar huis gegaan vol blijdschap en liefde, en ik vind het voor herhaling vatbaar.

Was erg nerveus toen ik hier naar toe ging, maar onder Liza's zachte leiding, ben ik echt volledig zen naar huis gegaan. Bijna 24 uur later nog steeds helemaal rustig. Zal zeker nog eens gaan.

I went into this very nervous, and not sure what to expect but Liza created a safe environment and I left feeling very relaxed and grateful. I would recommend this even if you're feeling anxious, as all my anxiety went away with Liza's guidance.

Liza is erg gastvrij, enthousiast, liefdevol, behulpzaam en op een fijne manier aanwezig. Er was een zorgvuldige opbouw waarbij er veel ruimte was voor veiligheid en het goed aangeven van een nee. Er zou misschien iets meer ruimte kunnen zijn voor afstemming van wensen en het doen van verzoeken buiten de algemene structuur van de workshop om, zodat er wat meer ruimte is voor individuele verschillen. Maar buiten dat was het een hele fijne avond. Bedankt Liza!

Liza is a warm and experienced facilitator who holds this (cuddle)space in a very pleasant way. Can highly recommend visiting the Cuddle Club, also if it is your first time going to an event like this (like me). If in doubt and you like cuddling, threat yourself to this. This safe, cozy and platonic evening was very nurturing for me. Looking forward to visit more cuddle events!

Liza’s cuddle group is so nurturing and such an accepting safe open space. She guides you to land in your body and speak your “no’s” first, and builds up towards a really lovely, often nonverbal, platonic cuddle puddle where consent is really key. Any feelings are welcome. It’s such a wild experience to breathe and hold space together like that, in a society where we’ve all grown so disconnected. For me a lot of grief came up for missing that in my life. And that was welcome, the feelings move through you while being held the way a mother might hold her crying child. It was really troostend. Afterwards I felt like I was floating. Not looking to my phone to fill a void. I felt like I was safer in the world, knowing I had practiced saying no to strangers. It even made it easier to say no to strangers petting my dog when she doesn’t want it. It has already transferred out to other areas of my life. I cannot recommend Liza’s cuddle puddle enough. Thank you Liza!
