🌟 Embodied spaces for touch & connection. Slow down, feel, and just be! 💖
Tessa Anna is a facilitator of embodied spaces for touch, connection and togetherness. She creates soft, held environments where you can slow down, land in yourself, and meet others at your own pace. Her work is rooted in consent, in nervous system awareness, and in a deep care for neurodivergent ways of being.
What she offers above all, is autonomy within connection. A space where you follow your own impulses, and where your ‘no’ is as welcome as your ‘yes’.
Her path into this work began with many years of yoga and Eastern philosophy. After experiencing burn-out in 2022, she discovered first-hand how essential it is to step out of the mind and truly feel, and how even the subtlest forms of touch can move something profound.
Since 2024 she has facilitated over 30 workshops in conscious touch and connection.

Tessa listens and feels with an open heart, inviting you to be exactly as you are. In her workshops you are welcome to soften, to explore, and to experience what it means to be in connection: with yourself, with others, and with Source.
