I'm Simon Magnus, a facilitator, retreat leader, and DJ based in Amsterdam, working mostly with gay, bi, and queer people across Europe. For over twenty-five years I've been building spaces where people get to feel more, not think more.
These are spaces where the body is allowed to lead and where intimacy, power, desire, and play are treated as places of real learning rather than things to manage or explain away. My work sits where embodiment, conscious kink, sound and ecstatic dance meet. It's held with the kind of care that lets you actually let go, because you can trust the container around you.
What I make aren't lectures or programmes. They're experiences with an emotional arc, arrival and grounding, curiosity and connection, expansion and play, and the quieter, more vulnerable depths underneath all of it. Some of these unfold in workshops and multi-day retreats, where there's time for something slower and more transformational to happen. Others are dance floors, where movement, sensuality, and celebration become their own kind of medicine, sometimes carried by live sound. Consent and awareness run underneath everything; the structure is what makes the freedom possible.
You don't need any experience to be here. Whether you've been circling this kind of work for years or you're stepping into it for the very first time, all that's asked is a willingness to be met and to meet yourself, and the men around you, a little more fully than usual. People tend to leave these spaces feeling more alive, more open, more connected, and more themselves. That's the whole intention: insight, liberation, and a bit of magic, discovered in the body rather than described from a distance.
