InstinKct invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and nature, and embody your personal resilience. 🌀
Remember your nature. Embody resilience. 🌀
InstinKct is rooted in the belief that resilience is not simply about being strong and carrying on. Especially in times of change, it can be an invitation to slow down, listen inwardly and reconnect with what truly matters. Through my work, I create spaces for people to strengthen their personal resilience, reconnect with themselves and remember their own natural strength. Nature and the rhythm of the seasons are an important source of inspiration in this work.
I weave together different practices, including Lu Jong, the five elements and Tarot, as invitations to slow down, feel, move and reflect. Lu Jong brings movement, breath and awareness together, helping you reconnect with your body and your inner nature. Tarot is used as a tool for reflection and self-inquiry rather than prediction: the cards can act as mirrors, offering new perspectives and inviting you to connect with your intuition, thoughts and feelings.
At the heart of InstinKct is a simple invitation: you don't need to become someone else; you can remember what is already within you. From there, we can explore what it means to live and move through change with greater awareness, connection and resilience.
