Zachte Kracht is ontstaan vanuit mijn liefde voor yoga, Reiki en persoonlijke groei.
Een fijne, rustige plek waar je even uit de drukte mag stappen. Waar je kunt ontspannen, voelen en gewoon even mag zijn.
Ik wil je graag helpen om weer wat meer verbinding te voelen met jezelf, je lichaam en wat er vanbinnen speelt.
Met yoga, Reiki, numerologie en fijne workshops hoop ik een plek te creëren waar je je welkom en veilig voelt.
