All workshops hold a sense of therapeutic approach, without making it feel that way. The intention is creating a space for you (and others) to come home to. Don't expect technical teachings or focus on resultminded outcomes. In this setting you are free to take, and hold space for yourself while lovingly discover layers that are living (and want to be seen) underneath the creative expression. What is it that lives in your heart? What rules in your mind?
