Tribalys Ghent – Embodiment, Somatic Practice & Relational Health in Gent
Tribalys is a house for deep embodiment in Ghent. In a warm villa near Gent-Sint-Pieters, independent bodyworkers, somatic practitioners, coaches and breathwork teachers work under one roof. Their focus is individual 1:1 sessions, complemented by small weekly classes and group coaching.
Our classes are for adults who want to slow down, regulate their nervous system, release tension and feel more at home in their body and in relationships. You can join somatic movement, breathwork, Tai Chi and embodiment practice, group coaching and integration circles, all in small, pre-registered groups led by experienced practitioners.
Consent is the base of everything we do. Touch is always asked, a no is always welcome, and what is shared in the room stays there. Many classes welcome first-timers.
Tribalys Ghent was founded by Sacred Healing Arts. Oudenaardsesteenweg 52, 9000 Gent: a 10-minute walk from Gent-Sint-Pieters station, with the bus stop De Pintelaan in front of the house.
