The Sanctuary is a women's community and experience space in Amsterdam devoted to helping women reconnect with themselves and one another.
Created by Sarah, The Sanctuary offers immersive events, intimate circles, and personalised experiences designed to support embodiment, emotional wellbeing, meaningful connection, and authentic self leadership.
Through practices such as meditation, movement, sound, Reiki, breathwork, reflection, and ritual, women are invited to slow down, soften, and listen to what is present beneath the noise of everyday life.
The intention is not to become someone new, but to return to what has always been there. To create spaces of beauty, safety, and depth where women can feel held, witnessed, and supported as they reconnect with their bodies, their inner wisdom, and their own unique expression.
At its heart, The Sanctuary exists to help women feel safe enough to come home to themselves. From that place, deeper connection, creativity, confidence, and transformation naturally become possible.
