----------- English version:
The Harbour Within was founded on the core belief that we all have a place within ourselves where we can find relaxation, inner peace, and the answers we seek. Even if the daily hustle and grind has moved you away from this place, you can find your way back!
All sessions are designed to guide you to deepen your body awareness and (re)connect with yourself. Body awareness is the key to transforming physical and mental tension into openness and ease. Once you become aware of what you truly need, and honor those needs, you can prevent daily stress and tension from building up or turning into chronic stress.
What can you expect from a session at The Harbour Within?
To honor the power of gentleness and connection, sessions are kept intimate with a maximum of 4 participants. This allows plenty of room for personal attention. And it creates a safe and warm sanctuary where you can fully land in your body.
I look forward to welcoming you on the mat!
