Ohm Chanti is een plek waar je thuiskomt bij jezelf. In een wereld vol prikkels en snelheid creëer ik ruimte voor vertraging, verzachting en echte verbinding.
Vanuit een holistische benadering begeleid ik sessies en ervaringen waarin je weer in contact komt met je lichaam, je gevoel en je innerlijke wijsheid. Wat je leert en ervaart, mag niet alleen begrepen worden, maar vooral landen in je lijf. Want als we ons lichaam niet bewonen, kan er niets werkelijk aarden.
Met onder andere ademwerk, meditatie, healing en lichaamsgerichte practices, zoals sensual yoga, nodig ik je uit om los te laten wat je niet langer dient en om te openen voor wie je werkelijk bent.
Sensualiteit, bewustzijn en veiligheid staan centraal. Niet als iets dat je moet “doen”, maar als iets wat je mag herinneren.
