Hi, ik ben José en als rode draad door mijn leven weeft persoonlijke ontwikkeling met een creatieve omlijning. Betekenisvol en zingevend leven is mijn missie. Wij zijn namelijk allemaal geboren om te floreren!
Ik ondersteun, gids, coach en begeleid vrouwen met allerlei vraagstukken. Waarbij in de basis de wens om te ontwikkelen en groeien ligt. En ik geloof vooral in een vorm waarbij alleen maar praten, niet altijd genoeg is. Je leeft met heel je lijf en ziel, niet alleen je hoofd. Daarom maak ik graag gebruik van de creatieve en dynamische inslag. Jouw handen kunnen door te bewegen met krijt op papier jou erg veel vertellen. En je lijf kan veel voelen en terugkoppelen. In de coaching, cirkel en al het andere komt dit terug.
