Met Paardenzacht begeleidt Tessa bewustzijnsverruimende, helende ontmoetingen tussen mens en paard. Ik beschouw mezelf als spaceholder van jouw ontmoeting en gids tussen jou en de paarden. De ontmoeting is een sleutel, de antwoorden zitten in jezelf en de energie van de paarden helpen je om hierbij te komen. Ik reis een stukje mee in jouw proces dat je dichter brengt bij wie je werkelijk bent. Mijn rol is ervoor zorgen dat het fysiek en emotioneel veilig is, daarbij vertaal ik de signalen naar wat er mogelijk speelt in jouw leven. Ik maak gebruik van wijsheden uit het sjamanisme, systemisch werk en mijn eigen intuïtie en help je zo om vastlopende patronen te zien én doorbreken. Mijn paarden staan op een boerderij n Weesp, op een kwartiertje rijden van Amsterdam en op 10 minuten fietsen met een ov-fiets van station Weesp.
