Medicine Within

It was my first tantra training with Sandi and her team. She offers a beautiful sacred space in which you are able to experience yourself in whole new ways. She takes you through some fundamental elements of tantra and while doing that she let you experiencing it yourself, step by step.

Between the practices there is enough space to come back to yourself, to breathe, to share and to connect. While going through this journey for a couple of days Sandi and her team felt like safe and warm spaceholders. Their presence felt inviting to open up and be vulnerable in whatever came up. For me, the field was very powerful, I'm not the same person anymore.

I definitely recommend going to her tantra training and I'm looking forward to going to more of her events!

At this temple I've enjoyed a rich variety in playful and sensual practices, that challenged me and engaged my energy field. It was making love and fun at a deeply connected energetic level. Such a beautiful and insightful workshop. Sandy guided us through the Heroine’s Journey in a way that made awakening, the different phases of womanhood, and their connection to the goddesses feel simple, relatable, and deeply personal. 1/Temple of Devotion & desire (26/6/26) facilitated by Sandi was absolutely amazing! It was my first temple experience and I loved it! I was so lucky to have Sandi as a facilitator for my first experience: she has such a great energy, I felt instantly at ease. The flow of the evening was smooth , erotic & tantric . I experienced intense desires that I never thought i can experience with a group of strangers without sexual penetration! It was a fabulous experienced and I highly recommend it, if you are visiting Amsterdam!
The second workshop 4SX with Alfred was extremely interesting! I never thought sex could be taught in that way! Alfred has a funny way of teaching awkward positions in a very light hearted way!

Het was een leuke, humorvolle workshop. En hoewel ik weinig nieuws heb geleerd (zelf ook capoeirista/martial artist/danser dus herkende waar Alfred zijn ideeën vandaan had) is Alfred een goede verteller en is het bij Sandi altijd fijn zijn.

I had a very good and meaningful experience during the Kambo ceremony. The space felt safe, calm, and supportive. The facilitators were kind and professional, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. It was a deep and cleansing experience for me, both physically and emotionally. After the ceremony, I felt a sense of lightness. I am grateful for this experience and would recommend it to others who feel called to it.

I recently attended Embodied Tantra Level 1 in Amsterdam and the Deeper Intimacy Advanced Tantrik Temple with Sandy, and I’m still integrating the depth of the experience.
