Of je nu in een groep komt of 1-op-1 werkt, ik hoor vaak hetzelfde: ze voelen zich gezien en begrepen. Er ontstaat rust en (h)erkenning.
Van daaruit komt er beweging in wat werkelijk vastzit, oude stukken krijgen ruimte en je maakt opnieuw verbinding met jezelf. Verwerken en transformeren.
Je kan bij mij terecht via groepsmomenten, lichaamsgerichte sessies of 1-op-1 begeleiding. We kijken samen wat voor jou op dit moment het meest passend is.
