De basis van wie wij zijn zit in onze wortels. Dit is je familiesysteem, je ouders, je geboorte en je jeugd. Hier is gevormd je wie je bent en waarom je doet zoals je doet. Alles waar je NU tegenaan loopt, heeft wortels in het verleden.
Steeds meer en meer verwijderen we onszelf van wie we werkelijk zijn. Het dagelijks leven overspoelt ons en we gaan maar door. Ik begeleid mensen terug naar binnen. Terug naar jouw wortels en naar wie je werkelijk bent. Voelen, overgave en verbinden zijn de sleutel tot geluk. Je hoeft niets te veranderen, te transformeren of te verbeteren. Je bént al goed.
