Vastzittende gedachten, gevoelens, (lichamelijke)blokkades, emoties en gedragspatronen omzetten in ontspanning, rust, ruimte en vrijheid!
Groepssessies worden in mijn praktijk gehouden, een heerlijke warme, cosy plek voor max. 4 personen.
