Sometimes, the biggest changes begin with the courage to look within.
We develop ways of thinking, reacting and protecting ourselves through our experiences. These patterns may once have served a purpose, helping us navigate difficult situations or feel safe. But not everything that protected us in the past continues to support who we are becoming.
This New Moon Circle is an invitation to slow down, turn inward and explore the deeper patterns that shape the way we see ourselves and move through life.
The New Moon in Scorpio brings themes of transformation, emotional depth, trust and self-awareness into focus. It invites us to look beneath the surface of our everyday lives and become curious about the parts of ourselves we may not always understand or feel ready to acknowledge.
What are you afraid to confront?
Where do you feel the need to control the outcome?
What patterns are you ready to see differently?
And who might you become if you allowed yourself to change?
Real change begins with awareness. When we start to recognise what has been influencing our choices, we create space to respond differently and consciously choose what we want to cultivate next.
During this intimate circle, we come together for guided meditation, journaling, reflection and intention setting, exploring the themes of truth, transformation and self-awareness.
There will be space to share insights and perspectives within the group, while honouring everyone's individual process. You are welcome to contribute as much or as little as feels right.
The intention is not to fix ourselves or become someone else. It is to understand ourselves more deeply, meet ourselves with honesty and create space for the person we are becoming.
You do not need to have all the answers.
Only the willingness to look within.

Our work is grounded in a simple belief: real change begins when we are willing to slow down, become aware of what is happening within us and take that awareness back into everyday life.

Please bring your own journal and pen, or arrive a little earlier to explore the beautiful selection of journals in our SØSOUL shop.
Doors open 15 minutes before the circle begins, giving you time to arrive, settle in and make yourself comfortable.
Places are limited to keep the circle personal and intimate.
