What does it mean to feel at home within yourself?
As the year comes to a close, we are often invited to look back at what we have experienced, what has changed and what we are ready to leave behind. Yet some of the things we carry with us reach much further back than the past twelve months.
Our earliest experiences can shape how we understand love, belonging and emotional safety. We learn how to express our feelings, how to relate to others and how to protect ourselves when our needs are not met. Over time, these patterns can become so familiar that we may not realise how deeply they continue to influence our lives.
This Full Moon Ceremony is an invitation to slow down, turn inward and explore your relationship with home, family and belonging.
The Full Moon in Cancer brings themes of emotional security, nurturing and our connection to the past into focus. It invites us to reflect on the experiences that have shaped us and consider what it means to create a sense of home that truly supports who we are today.
Sometimes, we spend years trying to recreate a feeling of safety we once knew. At other times, we find ourselves searching for something we never fully experienced.
But as we grow, our understanding of home can change. We can begin to recognise the patterns we inherited, honour the experiences that shaped us and make conscious choices about what we want to carry forward.
What does home mean to you now?
Which family patterns are you still carrying?
Where do you long for a deeper sense of safety or belonging?
And what are you ready to release as you enter a new chapter of your life?
During this intimate circle, we work with guided meditation, journaling, personal reflection and a meaningful Full Moon releasing ritual.
Together, we create space to look back at the year with compassion. To acknowledge what we have lived through, recognise what we have learned and gently let go of what no longer needs to define us.
This is a personal space for reflection and integration. You are not expected to share your experiences with the group.
The intention is not to change the past, but to understand how it has shaped us and create more room for the person we are becoming.
You do not need to have everything figured out before the year ends.
Sometimes, coming home to yourself begins with simply listening to what you need.

Please bring your own journal and pen, or arrive a little earlier to explore the beautiful selection of journals in our SØSOUL shop.
Doors open 15 minutes before the ceremony begins, giving you time to arrive, settle in and make yourself comfortable.
Places are limited to keep the circle personal and intimate.
