Bliss Breath & Sound Journey

About this event

Bliss Breath & Sound is a gentle, grace-led, polyvagal-informed journey of breath, voice and movement.

We begin body first with regulation and toning, because a nervous system that feels safe is a system that can be present, curious & meet what arises with more ease.

Then we drift into conscious connected breathing, guided by invitations from Mishka and your curosity with sound and live-instruments supporting your experience of...

Regulation->Transformation -> Integration

Bliss Breathwork...
✨ Restores your capacity to receive: life, love, support
✨ Anchors you fully in the perfect, precious present NOW, through the safety of the body
✨ Refreshes your natural energy
✨ Returns you to the energy that is already yours
✨ Deepens your connection to source

The evening ends in a sound bath, a space for rest & total integration.

Guided by Mishka Ma, a devoted space holder and ceremonialist with over a decade of experience in facilitation and embodied teaching.

Mishka is a 5- level certified breathwork facilitator and bodyworker, with thousands of yoga and meditation teacher training completed across the globe.

Rooted in a path of love, alchemy and expansion, her work weaves breath, somatic awareness, and sound into deeply restorative and empowering experiences.

"I’m deeply committed to making these practices accessible to everyone 🤍

I believe each and every human deserves to live a life of peace, harmony, safety, and love. There are an abundance of tools available to support us in living the fullest life and it’s an honour to hold space to share these tools, techniques, & sit with you in ceremony.

This value is why I offer sliding scale pricing & a portion of every offering from you is contributed to the Co-Creator Collective Cares."

This fund supports community offerings- all/open access retreats & healing arts events helping share breathwork, somatics, sound healing & the power of community with those who may not otherwise have access.

When selecting your support exchange, I invite you to tune into what feels most aligned for your current season of life...knowing that your contribution not only supports your own journey, but also helps make these offerings accessible to others.
