Voice as Prayer

About this event

Voice as Prayer with MIshka
📅 Wednesdays | 6:00 – 7:00 PM, with the sunset
📍 Can Tao Yoga Studio, San Joan, Ibiza

A practice of voice, sound & presence as we watch the sun set.

The voice is a natural instrument of expression, connection, and presence. In this weekly class, we come together to explore the voice as a form of prayer through sound, song, mantra, and stillness.

The class begins with gentle vocal warm-ups, connection to breath & body as we arrive in the present moment.

From there, we explore songs and mantras, allowing the voice to be free, together.

We close with a short meditation, giving space to settle into the experience and notice what came up.

Voice as Prayer is a relaxed, accessible class. It is not a ceremony or guided journey. There is no need to have a trained voice or any singing experience. You are invited to participate at your own pace, with curiosity and openness, just as you are

A weekly space to sing, breathe, listen, and reconnect.
