About this event

Running a business means making decisions all day, carrying responsibility and staying available for everyone else. Somewhere along the way, there is rarely time left to pause and think clearly.

This half day in the forest is that pause. Step out of the role of the one who always has to deliver and give your mind and body the space they rarely get. With forest bathing, breathwork, silence and open conversation, you come back to calm, clarity and energy. Phones go away, the pace comes down and your head becomes quiet enough to think clearly again.

You also meet other entrepreneurs who know exactly what it is like to carry a business. There is no pitching and no networking pressure, just honest conversation with like minded people.

You don’t have to perform and you don’t need any experience. Everything is explained calmly and nothing is mandatory.

Who is this event for?

For entrepreneurs, founders, freelancers and self employed professionals who carry responsibility and want to bring more calm, focus and clarity into their business life. Whether you run a small business, lead a team or work on your own, you are welcome. You don’t need to know anything about forest bathing or breathwork, and you don’t have to share anything you don’t want to share.

In case of bad weather

The event takes place in any weather. Rain, wind and cold are part of the forest and often make the experience more intense, so please dress warm and weatherproof. Only in unsafe conditions, such as storms, will we let you know in time that the event is cancelled. In that case we offer a new date.

Your guide

Marc Helfrich is the founder of Nature’s Axis. After a master’s degree in environmental engineering and a period of raw living in the mountains of Portugal, he deepened his knowledge of mindfulness and nature based personal development. He guides you calmly, without pressure and without judgment.
