BENEATH THE SURFACE

As Ibiza grows quieter, there’s a little more space to hear ourselves. What’s beneath the busy days? What feelings haven’t we allowed ourselves to feel — and what might we notice when we give them some room?

Join Melina & Jessi for a Sunday sunset session of movement, conscious breathwork and healing sounds. This journey invites you to turn inward, reconnect with your emotions and find the inner strength to gently meet what’s there.

Our focus is on the feelings, fears and old beliefs that can shape how we move through life. We’ll explore what it means to look at them with curiosity and honesty, and to listen more closely to our own needs and desires.

We begin with warming, energising movement to arrive in the body, before settling into a guided 3-Part Breath journey. Live instruments accompany the breath, offering a soundscape for your own experience to unfold. You’re always welcome to soften the breath, pause or rest — you choose your pace.

We close with an extended soundbath featuring Tibetan singing bowls, leaving time to rest and let the experience settle.

No previous breathwork experience is needed. Come as you are, with space for whatever comes up.
