No analysing. No fixing yourself. No trying to become a better version of you.
Just breathe. Move. Feel. Connect.

Tantra is an invitation to experience life more fully — through the body.

During this evening, Afke will take you on a playful and embodied journey through some of the foundations of tantra. Using breath, movement, sound, meditation, connection and conscious touch, we awaken the senses and explore what becomes possible when we slow down and become truly present.

You may meet yourself in stillness one moment and find yourself dancing, laughing or deeply connecting with another human the next.

There is no goal and nothing you have to achieve.
You are invited to become curious.

What happens when you breathe a little deeper?
When you allow your body to move the way it wants to move?
When you meet another person without a story?
When you allow yourself to feel more?

Tantra can be sensual, but it is about so much more than sexuality. It is about aliveness. Presence. Connection. And saying YES to the full experience of being human.

Come alone or together. Come experienced or completely new.
All you need is an open mind, a curious body and a willingness to explore.
