Approaching the winter solstice, we are creating an extra special truffle ceremony: Merel is joining forces with singer-songwriter Leonie Bos for an immersion in sound, music and silence, supporting a re-alignment with your own inner voice.

You can expect a warming cup of cacao, a mild dose of truffles (optional), soft breathwork, voice opening, yin poses and a lying-down concert.

The practices in this ceremony will be slow and essential, embracing the nourishing darkness of winter and replenishing your internal reserves as you reconnect to your inner voice and inner guidance.

The truffles help widen your mind’s doors of perception, inviting insight and understanding. This allows you to feel deeper into your body during the extra long yin yoga practice. In your own sensitized presence, your body can release and relax deeply, open meridian lines and activate its self-balancing capacity. The yin practice is supplemented with mantra and breathwork, to attune body and mind to the gifts of the truffles and to your own beautiful nature.
