Tijdens de volle maan van 25 september nodigen we jou uit voor een Sound Journey met (optioneel) Cacao. Een avond om te ontvangen, te reizen naar jouw binnenwereld.

Over de Sound Journey gegeven voor Louis Parker;
Join us for an immersive and meditative sound journey with musician and sound engineer
Louis Parker, who has spent the past 6 years devoted to exploring the healing power of
sound. His work is rooted in the emerging field of music medicine, a practice now gaining
international medical recognition. Recent studies show that sound and music can activate
the body’s restorative systems, even increasing oxygen uptake in red blood cells after just
20 minutes of exposure.
Through live ambient electronic music, Louis weaves together Solfeggio frequencies, 432Hz
tuning, tuning forks, and traditional healing instruments like the medicine drum and
harmonium, creating a deeply therapeutic sonic landscape.

De avond start met een korte uitleg van de wetenschap en filosofie achter Sound Therapie gegeven door Louis en wordt vervolgd met de Cacao ceremonie.

Cacao helpt ons om naar binnen te reizen, ons te verbinden met ons hart, patronen bloot te leggen, zelfliefde te verwelkomen en ons te ondersteunen op ons pad en in persoonlijke groei. Het staat bekend als een hart openend plant medicijn dat helpt om inzicht en bewustzijn te vergroten. Uiteraard ben je ook welkom wanneer je liever geen Cacao neemt.

Vervolgens mag je comfortabel komen liggen voor de Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is een meditatie techniek waarbij je steeds een laagje dieper in jezelf zakt. Je zenuwstelsel komt tot rust en de geest kalmeert. Een mooie voorbereiding op de Sound Journey

Dit evenement start in het Engels maar de yoga Nidra is in het Nederlands.
