When was the last time you truly paused to listen to your body and inner world? Throughout the weekend we explore different practices that cultivate presence and deep relaxation. Through mindful movement, breath awareness and moments of stillness, the body gradually releases tension and the mind becomes quieter.

Sound will also be part of this journey. Mantras and the vibrations of singing bowls will be woven into some of the practices, creating an atmosphere that supports relaxation, introspection and a deeper connection with the present moment.

The intention of this weekend is simple: to create space to slow down, reconnect with your inner rhythm and rediscover the sense of balance that naturally arises when body, breath and awareness move together.
