Ik ben Sigrid Sneijders, therapeut, gespecialiseerd in hypnotherapie, EFT-relatietherapie en zelfontwikkeling. Mijn praktijk Eerste Hulp bij Relaties is in Hillegom.
Ik werk daar één op één met mensen en met stellen in therapiesessies, en daarnaast geef ik diverse workshops met een therapeutisch tintje. Mijn favoriete thema's zijn liefdesrelaties en de relatie met jezelf als basis daarvan. Ik werk vaak met schaduwwerk, hechtingsstijlen, jeugdtrauma, levensvragen en spiritualiteit.
Ik combineer graag zelfontwikkeling met creativiteit en luchtigheid. Denk aan art journaling met een therapeutisch thema zoals het innerlijke kind of je toekomstige zelf, onder het genot van een high tea.
Stiltemeditaties, dansmeditaties, helende reizen, schrijfoefeningen, persoonlijke opstellingen — er is genoeg mogelijk met mijn ervaring.
Het verbeteren en verdiepen van liefdesrelaties komt ook aan bod, of je nu samen als stel komt of alleen. Soms wil je gewoon wat handvatten voor je relatie en is therapie (nog) niet aan de orde.
