Op loopafstand van de duinen en de zee nemen we je mee op een reis waarbij ontspanning, beweging, bewustwording & zelfonderzoek centraal staan. 1 op 1 of in een kleine groep onderzoek je waar jij tegenaan loopt in het leven, hoe je je daar bewust van kan worden en hoe je daarmee om gaat. Met liefdevolle aandacht, geduld en daadkracht word je begeleid op het mooiste pad wat er is: het pad terug naar jezelf. Nieuwsgierig geworden?
