Om ook in Eindhoven van contactimprovisatie te kunnen genieten, organiseer ik jams en workshops.
Als ontspanningsmasseuse en yogadocent nodig ik mensen uit te bewegen, van binnenuit. Ook in mijn werk als docent Nederlands breng ik mensen in beweging, in denken en doen.
Contactimprovisatie is een dansvorm, die speels en acrobatisch kan zijn, maar ook rustig, klein. Je volgt (samen) wat klopt op dat moment. Voor mij betekent het: rust, ontladen, energie voelen en opladen. Spelen, ongedwongen in contact zijn. Genieten.
