I’m Daniel, a tea guide at MoyChay Tea Culture Club. In this beautiful teahouse, I discovered how tea and meditation together can become powerful companions for connection with oneself and others.
What began as a personal sense of wonder grew into a desire to share this ceremony. For me, tea is more than a beverage. Inspired by the bowl-tea tradition of Global Tea Hut and the spirit of Cha Dao, these gatherings are an invitation to experience tea as a meditative ritual and a gentle plant medicine for body, mind, and spirit.
Through these events, I create a peaceful space where we step away from the pace of everyday life. We sit together, share several cups or bowls of high-quality living tea, and allow each sip to become an invitation to gently land in the present moment.
