Améa is een plek waar je even mag vertragen, naar binnen mag keren en opnieuw verbinding kunt maken met jezelf.
Vanuit mijn achtergrond als holistisch therapeut, Reiki Master en pedagoog begeleid ik mensen op een warme en persoonlijke manier, waarbij veiligheid, verbinding en zachtheid centraal staan.
Bij Améa kun je terecht voor holistische therapie, Reiki, klankschaalsessies en ontspannende gezichtsmassages.
Daarnaast organiseer ik cirkels voor mannen en vrouwen, waarin we samen vertragen en ruimte maken voor verbinding, bewustwording en persoonlijke groei door middel van meditatie, visualisatie, reflectie, soundhealing en reiki.
Een plek waar je niets hoeft te presteren, maar gewoon even mag zijn. 🤍
