Een holistisch zangpedagoog met het motto stralend zingen, dat je stem en jouw zijn volledig mogen stromen.
Mijn naam is Lucie Bolhuis-Dekker en ik ben holistisch zangpedagoog. Ik wil jou niet mooi of goed leren zingen, dat zijn alleen fijne bijkomstigheden. Ik heb 'stralend zingen' bedacht; je leert zo zingen dat je hele lichaam en de ruimte om je heen mee resoneren, alsof er een licht in je brandt dat alles verlicht. Je stem klinkt vol en natuurlijk, zonder dat het moeite kost.
Door hooggevoeligheid hoor ik wanneer je zingt, precies waar het resoneert of niet. Vaak kan ik dit relatieren aan specifieke spieren of bindweefsels waardoor we concreet kunnen werken aan spanning of een blokkade op deze plek.
Op hipsy deel ik groepslessen en evenementen; ik geef stemyoga (mindfulness met adem en stem), cursussen en zou graag een vrouwenzangcirkel opzetten.
