"Ik zie mijzelf als creatieve paradijsvogel met een groot hart voor verbinding. Ik word er blij van als ik mensen zie stralen en geloof dat creativiteit een zachte, speelse ingang naar jezelf én de ander kan zijn.
Met positieve, bewuste en speelse energie nodig ik je uit om te voelen, te ontdekken en jezelf met meer liefde te ontmoeten. De basis van mijn workshops bestaat uit het creëren van een warme, vertrouwde ruimte waarin je mag landen, helemaal jezelf mag zijn en alles er mag zijn.
Door middel van creatieve middelen (bijvoorbeeld theater) geef ik de ruimte om te spelen met wat er in het moment ontstaat en even alle bijkomende gedachten los te laten."
