Puur Ademwerk maakt met o.a. ademwerk ruimte voor de delen die je te lang stil hebt moeten houden en nu naar de oppervlakte mogen komen.
Elke van Puur Ademwerk is een zeer ervaren ademtherapeut. Ze heeft bij verschillende docenten, zowel als in Nederland als internationaal, opleidingen, trainingen en masterclasses afgerond op het gebied van ademwerk en intuïtieve ontwikkeling.
Sinds 2019 heeft zij haar eigen praktijk in Oud-Beijerland waar zij adem therapie; individuele, duo-ademsessies, en kleinschalige groepssessies geeft. Daarnaast organiseert zij verschillende groepssessies en retreats op een prachtige locatie of in de knusse yurt in Mijnsheerenland.
Het mooiste vindt Elke om mensen in hun kracht te zetten. Ze staat dan ook bekend om haar professionaliteit, haar warme, liefdevolle karakter en zachtheid. Elke creëert steeds weer een veilige ruimte waarin jij volledig jezelf mag zijn.
