Tetra breathwork in Amsterdam. I facilitate group classes, 1:1 sessions and sessions for teams, for stressed adults who want to switch off.
FULL DESCRIPTION
Your head runs the day. Your breath can run the evening.
Niu d'Oscar is my breathwork practice in Amsterdam. I facilitate Tetra, an active style from Thailand: you lie down, cover your eyes and breathe fuller and faster than usual, carried by music. It asks a lot from your body, and what it gives back is a rest that's hard to find anywhere else.
I came to it the long way round. Nearly two decades of fast, high pressure work, Netflix being the last stop, and a body that kept asking me to stop long before I listened. When I finally did, I ended up on an island in Thailand, walked into a Tetra session and never really walked out. I trained where the method was developed, facilitated hundreds of breathers there, and now I facilitate it here in Amsterdam.
