With tracking integration, you can measure visitor and purchase behavior of your event through both browser and server-side tracking. This provides better insight into which campaigns actually generate ticket sales, allows you to build audiences of interested visitors, and enables smarter ad optimization based on people viewing tickets, starting an order, or making a purchase.
We support the following forms of tracking:
- Meta Pixel
- Meta Conversions API
- Google Tag
- GA4 Measurement Protocol
For both Meta and Google, you can choose between client-side and server-side tracking. In client-side tracking, events are sent directly from the visitor's browser to Meta or Google. This is the traditional way of measuring, but nowadays this method is increasingly limited by ad blockers, browser privacy settings, and tracking prevention from browsers like Safari and Firefox. As a result, measurements can be incomplete and conversions may be missed.
In server-side tracking, events are sent from our servers to Meta or Google. This generally provides more reliable measurements and a more complete picture of your conversions, as this method is less sensitive to ad blockers and browser restrictions.
