As an organization, you can create discount codes or vouchers.
Go to the relevant event on your Dashboard and then open the Tickets tab. Scroll all the way down to find the “Discount Codes & Vouchers” section.
There you can add a discount code. You can choose between three types of discount codes:
A percentage
With a percentage discount, the participant using the discount code receives a percentage discount on the total order amount.
A fixed amount
With a fixed amount, the participant using the discount code receives a fixed discount on the entire order.
A voucher
A voucher is usually assigned to a specific person. For example, your organization can create a €100 voucher. You can give this code to a participant, who can use it to buy tickets for selected events.
For example, if a participant buys a €20 ticket and enters the code, they do not have to pay anything, and €80 remains on the voucher. The participant can use the code again until the total voucher amount has been used.
For discount codes, you can set how many times the code can be used, which events it is valid for, and how long the discount code or voucher remains valid.
Sharing a Discount Code or Voucher
From the Dashboard, you can easily share a discount code with participants. For a discount code, you can choose “Copy code” to copy only the discount code, or “Copy link” to copy a direct link to the ticket shop.
When this link is used, the discount code is automatically applied in the ticket shop. The participant no longer needs to enter the code themselves. Such a link looks like this, for example:
