Organizations have the option to create discount codes or vouchers.
Go to your Dashboard, select the relevant event, and then go to the Tickets tab. Scroll all the way down and you can expand 'Discount Codes & Vouchers'. Then you can add a discount code. You have the option to choose between 3 types of discount codes:
A percentage
With a percentage, the participant using the discount code receives a percentage discount on the total order amount.
A fixed amount
With a fixed amount, the participant using the discount code receives a fixed amount discount on the entire order.
A voucher
A voucher is usually personal. As an organization, you can create a voucher of 100 euros, for example. You can then give that code to a participant, and with that code, the participant can purchase tickets for pre-set events. If a participant buys a ticket for 20 euros and enters the discount code, that person does not have to pay and there will still be 80 euros left on the voucher. The participant can use the discount code again next time until the total amount of the voucher is used up.
You can also set how often the discount code can be used, for which events it can be used, and how long the voucher remains valid.
