About this event

Embrace & Renatify - An evening full feminine energy. Where we will start with landing in to the space and heart with a cacao ceremony and meditation. After that we will have some room for intention setting for this evening and maybe your next months. What would you like to invite? What would you like to maintain? And what would you like to let go of?

After creating a safe space for you we will continue with the guided ecstatic dance. Where Michelle will guide you more and more in your body through movement and dancing - moving in to your feminine energy and taking up the space you deserve. We will focus on areas in the body where the feminine power is stored and will invite your sensual part in to your dancing.

From moving and freeing that energy we will go to our voice. As woman we’ve been told often to be nice. Being nice means sometimes not saying what you want or giving boundaries. Fantine will invite our goddess side in to our voices. Softly expressing ourselves through song and mantra’s. Did you know words have different vibrations? And singing them out loud will invite that vibration in to your life? Freeing our voice is liberating as a woman. You’ll see!

This evening will put you in your own power and will invite your inner goddess to come out and shine her light.
