HOW TO PREPARE FOR CEREMONY
✮ Mind Your Intake: Avoid consuming coffee, matcha, or alcohol on the day of the session. These can interfere with the cacao’s energy.

✮ Stay Hydrated: Hydration is essential when working with cacao. Bring a water bottle to sip throughout the ceremony.
✮ Bring an Offering: A small item for the altar that symbolizes your intention for the new year will help anchor your vision.

✮ Come Open-Hearted: Bring an open heart and a willingness to expand into your highest potential.
