Kom ontspannen en leer in een kleine groep de basisprincipes van Zhineng Qigong. Je maakt kennis met Qi State of mind en we gaan uitgebreid oefenen met de basismethodes. De workshop is inclusief koffie/thee met iets lekkers en je krijgt een opname om thuis verder te oefenen.
