FEAR NO MORE - Empowering Art Therapy Workshop

About this event

Join us for an exciting event where you’ll discover NEUROGRAPHICA® — an innovative art therapy method that blends neuroscience and art to help release inner blocks, subconscious fears, and doubts so you can manifest your true dreams and authentic desires.

In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll use this powerful method to release built-up stress, negative emotions, and fears that may be holding you back from taking action on your goals. Choose an area where you'd like to clear blocks, trust the creative process guided by your mind, and experience the relief and freedom to think and act toward achieving your goals.

Possible topics include releasing blocks related to money, health, relationships, finding a new job, reducing stress, and letting go of unwanted emotions.

Here’s what you’ll gain from this workshop:

1) A clear overview of how your brain stores negative beliefs and patterns that hold you back from pursuing your deepest dreams.
2) Insights on how to release these blockages, backed by contemporary neuroscience research.
3) Emotional and mental release of a key subconscious block or negative belief through Neurographica®’s patented “Algorithm for Removing Limitations.”
4) A beautiful piece of art you create yourself to take home, which will continue to work on you unconsciously in the next few days.

*Please note that this event will be held in ENGLISH.*

Q&A

1) Do I need any experience in drawing or art?
- No prior experience is necessary! This method is intuitive and creative, and you’ll receive all the instructions needed for it to work effectively.

2) What do I need to bring?
- You don’t need to bring anything, as all materials will be provided. However, you’re welcome to bring your favourite coloured pencils, markers (black), and highlighters (black and coloured) if you’d like, but this is optional.

3) Is this method safe? Will I experience negative emotions or discomfort?
- The method is designed to be 100% safe even for complete beginners. Guided by your subconscious, you’ll experience whatever is best for you. Though we’ll be working with internal blocks and beliefs that may no longer serve you, some discomfort might occur as a sign of an instant effect. There’s no physical expression involved; the process is personal and contained on paper, therefore you should not be bothered by other participants.

4) What can I expect after the workshop?
- Allow a day or two for the experience to settle, and you’ll feel new freedom and inspiration in your chosen area. The results can be truly magical and exciting!
