Een hele fijne vorm om naar een complete fysieke, mentale en emotionele ontspanning toe te werken is ‘yoga nidra’, ook wel ‘slaapyoga’ genoemd. Je ligt lekker op je rug met je ogen dicht en luistert naar mijn stem. Je komt dan in de healing space tussen waken en slapen. De eeuwenoude technieken uit de nidra stellen lichaam en geest in staat om tot een diepe ontspanning te komen en het autonome zenuwstelsel te kalmeren. Ook je ademhaling speelt hierbij een belangrijke rol. Ik schrijf de meditatieverhalen zelf en zing en speel piano om de ontspanning nog dieper te maken. De prachtige akoestiek van de Mariakapel speelt hier fijn in mee…..
