Love & Light Sessions with Ludo

Welcome, Dear One,

To an evening of radical selfcare in the form of deep rest. Deep nervous system rest. When coming to a still point within ourselves, we make space for unprocessed and repressed emotions and patterns to surface, to be consciously seen, and to be met with our loving embrace.

This evening is about the deep healing of some of our individual and collective unconscious emotional karmic material. Through opening ourselves to the unconditional loving light of the infinite field of reality, we consciously make space for what we commonly refer to as Shadow Material, traumatic wounding, or unconscious patterns to melt into the infinite light. When unconscious material is gently brought up to this light, the body experiences an alchemical process that is deeply healing. It liberates life force energy that was kept down, which naturally creates space for more joy, ease and flow in our lives.

The evening is guided by myself, Ludo. I am a very passionate being, driven by the longing for freedom and love to be experienced at all levels of my inner being and outer life. In this journey of exploration, I feel called to guide others into their own bodies and hearts, where all the magic awaits.
