Een laagdrempelige online ontmoeting met een simpel thema; touching base. Betekenend; terug naar het midden, de essentie, het nulpunt, waar alles vanuit begint.

Een plek om de rollen los te laten, om een stap naar jezelf toe te zetten, in plaats bij jezelf weg. Een plek om even te stoppen en bij jezelf te rade te gaan, waar ben ik nu, en wat leeft er in mij? Hoe voelt dat, en kan ik dat delen? Een plek om samen met andere vrouwen te oefenen, om in verbinding met jezelf, dus zonder jezelf te verlaten, te delen wat er op dat moment waar is in jou. Dit werkt vertragend, verbindend en helend. En dit lekker vanuit je eigen fijne plek, waar je ook bent.

Justine faciliteert deze verdiepende sharing-cirkel, en creëert door middel van begeleiding en practices een zacht veld, waarin gezakt en vertraagd kan worden.

A gathering with a simple theme, touching base. Meaning, to come back home to yourself, back to the middle, the essence, the zero point, from where everything begins.

A space to let go of the roles, to take a step towards yourself, instead of away. To stop and check in with yourself and ask, where am I and what's alive within me? How does that feel, and can I express that?
A space to practice, together with other women, what it is to share yourself without abandoning yourself. To give expression to what is true within you, right then and there. This slows down, it connects and it heals. And you are welcome from the comforst of your own space, wherever you are.

Justine will hold a soft space in this deepening sharingcircle, and offer practices and guidance throughout the process.
