A 2.5-hour journey through kriya, breath, mantra & Alchemy Crystal Sound to release mental heaviness, make space for joy, and return to the lightness within.

In the midst of busy days, endless thoughts and everything we carry, it can be easy to lose touch with the lightness that lives within us.
Lighten Up Your Mind is an invitation to release mental heaviness, shift your energy and make space for a greater sense of clarity, vitality and joy.
Through Kundalini Kriya, conscious movement, breathwork and mantra, we explore Prana ~ the vital life force that flows through us. As we are awakening this energy, we are gently shifting our awareness away from the constant activity of the mind and creating space for greater clarity, vitality and inner spaciousness.
From the place of renewed energy, we open into an immersive Alchemy Crystal Sound Journey. The resonant frequencies of the crystal singing bowls invite you to turn inward, soften into deep rest and immerse yourself in the experience of sound. With nothing to achieve or figure out, you can simply listen, feel and receive.
This is not about forcing your mind to be quiet or trying to become a different version of yourself. It is about creating space around the thoughts, loosening what feels heavy and remembering that you don't have to carry everything all the time.
A moment to move, breathe, sound, soften and reconnect with the lightness within.
What to expect in the 2,5 hrs Session:
~ Kundalini Kriya to awaken your energy, bring you back into your body, to create space, shift your awareness and reconnect with your life force, your prana
~ Mantra, Chanting, and Vibration to experience the power of sound, vibration and collective resonance
~ An immersive Alchemy Crystal Sound Healing Journey to soften, surrender and settle into deep rest
~ Time for deep rest and integration to reconnect with yourself and carry a little more spaciousness and lightness into everyday life
~ share from the heart, enjoy some grounding snacks and close in community

Tips for Your Session:
To support your experience, please avoid eating too heavily and drinking coffee beforehand. Dress warmly and comfortably. You may wish to bring your own blanket or shawl to ensure cosiness and deep comfort.

About Lydia:
Lydia is a dedicated Sound-, Meditation and Breathwork Facilitator with the intention of guiding people toward more softness, compassion and spaciousness.
Experiencing an Alchemy Crystal Sound Healing in a warm welcoming environment cultivates deep conscious rest, the origin of everyone’s journey.
Lydia is convinced that the healing power of sound is accessible for everyone and as she is inspired by the Japanese concept of Wabi Sabi which focuses on finding beauty within the imperfections of life and accepting the natural cycle of growth and decay, she invites everybody to join my sessions as they are - completely pure and already perfect.
Next to Sound Healing, Mediation and Breathwork Lydia is also studied in different Yoga Styles and the traditional System of Usui Reiki.
She is guided by curiosity and exploration approaching to blend in all her studies of different healing modalities into her sessions and to share the knowledge she gained and still gaining during her trainings, self discovery and travels around the globe.
