About this event
Generative self-relations is een integratieve benadering die verbindingen tussen lichaam en geest met nieuwsgierigheid onderzoekt, en zo rust creëert en ruimte maakt om creatief te zijn. Hiermee leren we manieren om vanuit onze kracht en creativiteit om te gaan met uitdagingen van het alledaagse leven in plaats vanuit vroegere, al dan niet aangeleerde patronen.
Deze benadering heeft grondslagen, onder andere, in NLP (neuro-linguïstische programmering), Generative trance (stephengilligan.com), somatische werken en diverse meditatie stijlen.
Over mij:
- ruim 20+ jaren meditatie ervaringen, bijna 20 jaar aan persoonlijke ontwikkelingstraject doorlopen (o.a. NLP, Boundaries, Generative trance, somatic works, meditatie, etc)
- laatste spirituele reis was een soort vision quest met o.a. lange fietstochten naar Santiago de Compostella, plaatsen in de voetstappen van Jezus (zoals Jeruzalem, Bethlehem, Nazareth en meer van Galilea), en in het leven van Gautama de Boeddha (zoals Lumbini, Bodhi Gaya)
- een rationeel denkend academicus die stapsgewijs het lichaamswijsheid aan het ontdekken is

Deze workshop is wellicht interessant voor je als je werkt aan je persoonlijke en/of spirituele ontwikkeling en je wilt creatiever zijn, lichaamsbewustzijn vergroten, intuïtie verbeteren, relatie met jezelf en/of anderen verdiepen.
Je bent van harte welkom om deel te nemen en met (liefdevolle) vriendelijkheid verbinding te maken met diepere lagen van jezelf, met wat er op dat moment leeft en met anderen.

Generative self-relations is an integrative approach that supports you to explore the connection between body and mind, thereby creating peace and space to be creative. In this approach, we explore our inner peace and find joy to deal with the daily challenges from our strength and creativity rather than from fixed, often learned past, patterns.
Generative self-relations has foundations in, among others, NLP, Generative trance (StephenGilligan.com), somatic works and meditation (in particularly Vipassana).
About me
- over 20+ years of meditation experience, and nearly 20 years of personal development journey (among others NLP, Boundaries, Generative Trance, Somatic Works, meditation, etc.)
