Have you ever wondered what horses can teach us about ourselves, our relationships and the patterns we carry?

Join us for an intimate afternoon with the horses and discover the different approaches of Horse Medicine Ibiza.

During this two-hour gathering, I will introduce you to three complementary ways of exploring personal growth:

Family Constellations & Systemic Work

Our family systems can influence how we relate to ourselves, others and the world around us. Systemic work invites us to explore unconscious patterns, family dynamics, belonging and our place within the larger system.

Kinesiology

Kinesiology uses muscle testing as a complementary tool for personal exploration. I will explain how I use this approach in my work to explore themes that may not immediately be accessible through conversation.

Horse-Assisted Coaching

Horses are highly sensitive to body language, movement and their surroundings. Their natural responses can invite us to become more aware of our own presence, emotions and ways of relating.

Your Personal Horse Encounter

Each participant will have an opportunity for a personally guided encounter with the horses, exploring a question, intention or theme that feels meaningful to them.

You don't need any experience with horses. Curiosity and an open mind are enough.

We will share our experiences in a small, supportive group, with time for reflection, connection and conversation.

Included: Guided introduction, personal horse encounter, refreshments and light snacks.

Time to meet the horses explore the farm and take some pictures.

Limited to 10 participants to keep the experience personal.

No riding involved. Adults only. Please wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes.
