Treat yourself to a moment of deep relaxation with Sauna & Yin at @dankjewellness. We begin in the tent with a grounding Yin Yoga session, followed by two gentle, guided rounds of Saunagus (opgieting) in the sauna. The perfect combination to release tension, calm your nervous system, and recharge for the week ahead.
