BEYOND EXPECTATIONS - INTO CURIOSITY
Making space for spontaneity, presence & new ways of connecting.
When was the last time you let curiosity lead, without needing to know where it would take you?
We learn how to act, how to behave and what’s expected of us. We become good at managing responsibilities, making decisions and holding everything together. Yet somewhere along the way, we can lose touch with our natural curiosity and playfulness.
Remember that innocent, childlike curiosity? The freedom to explore, express and enjoy something simply for the joy of it?
There’s power in making space for this part of yourself. A chance to soften the need for control, reconnect with what feels good and discover more freedom in how you express yourself and connect with others.
Beyond Expectations - Into Curiosity is a 2.5-hour experiential workshop with Joy & Sephira, exploring movement, breath, sensory awareness and conscious connection.
Together, we’ll explore what becomes possible when we stop trying to do everything correctly and allow ourselves to be curious, spontaneous and fully present. Space to laugh, awaken the senses and express ourselves without needing to be serious, perfect or in control.
Through guided experiences, we’ll make room for creative expression and the simple pleasures of movement, sensation and connection. An invitation to feel more at home in your body and discover what makes you feel alive.
You don’t need to arrive feeling playful or outgoing. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
