You can learn how to regulate

The nervous system is the bridge between the physical and the energetic. Everything has its impact on the nervous system. By regulating it, we give ourselves the space to act from a relaxed energy and energetic relaxation.

Experience the transformative power of safety in yourself and in group and learn to create it yourself.

Individually and together we learn to regulate the nervous system. We reach for the basic tools. How do you regulate your parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system in emotions such as fear, anger, sadness, joy, disappointment, frustration, grief ...?

What we will learn is well explained and made understandable so that what you experience here can be integrated into your daily life.

We teach techniques for self- and co-regulation. We leave room for the group dynamic process that we will approach through regulation.

We conclude with an integrative sharing circle.

This group activity is guided by Céderik Goossens.

Language: English and Dutch · Touch is optional and always by consent. No prior experience is needed.
Please bring: A water bottle. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
